Delivery within UAE
Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders within the UAE.
Order cutoff time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+4:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai) on business days (Monday–Saturday) are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed late on Saturday may be processed on Monday.
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details.
Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

International shipping (outside UAE)
To serve our growing customer base across the Middle East, Wowffer has partnered with DHL and SMSA to ensure reliable international shipping, particularly to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
Shipping cost: Free shipping on all international orders to these countries.
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT+4:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai).
Handling time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
Transit time: Estimated 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days.
Note: International deliveries may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, weather, or courier issues. Additionally, any local duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee). Please check your local customs regulations to understand any applicable charges.
Refunds & Reshipments for Delayed Deliveries:
If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request a refund or reshipment by contacting our customer service team at help@wowffer.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any delays as promptly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation or claim with the courier and provide you with further instructions.

Shipping Restrictions
In accordance with UAE law, Wowffer will not provide goods or services to individuals or entities in countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Tracking Information:
We provide a tracking number for every order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with the tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
Change of Address:
If you need to update your delivery address and your order has not been dispatched, please email us at help@wowffer.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once an order is shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address.
Wrong Address:
If a package is returned to us because an incorrect mailing address was provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to resend the item.
