As part of our commitment, every item purchased from Wowffer (owned and operated by BIZNET TRADING CO. LLC) includes a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use.

Return Instructions
If necessary, we’ll ask you to return the product. Please follow the guidelines provided by our team for safe packaging and shipping.
2. Inspection & Evaluation
Once we receive your item, our technical team will inspect it within 7 business days. We will determine whether the issue results from a manufacturing defect or if it falls outside the warranty scope due to misuse, accidental damage, or any other excluded scenario.
3. Repair or Replacement
- If the problem is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.
- If a replacement is needed and the original model is no longer available, we’ll provide a comparable model of equal or greater value.
4. Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending the product back for inspection.
- Replacement Shipping: If the warranty claim is approved, Wowffer covers the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to you.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
Some products may include a separate manufacturer warranty. If so, you should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims once the warranty through Wowffer has expired or if directed by our customer support.
6. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, accidents, improper use, or mishandling.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear or screen-related issues.
- Damage resulting from attempts at self-repair or tampering.
Important: Any evidence of misuse or unauthorized repair automatically voids the warranty.
7. Proof of Purchase
Retain your order number or any proof of purchase, as it may be required to validate your warranty claim. Without proof of purchase, we may be unable to process your warranty request.
