Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. We accept your timely return of products within 15 days after delivery. 

- Returned products must be in fully resalable condition, the state you received them and in the original box and/or packaging i.e. all Seal/s and Packaging has to be in Original State i.e. Sealed and Un-Opened. 

- Returns are accepted if there is a manufacturing defect.

- Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.

- Returns are accepted Free of charge for UAE Customers. However For international Countries in i.e. Outside UAE, Returns are subject to Actual Shipping Fees Onwards + Return in addition to all other related charges such as clearance, Customs etc. which will be conveyed to you.  

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery of merchandise to you. Please allow 1 to 2 Days (In UAE) and 2 to 14 days (Outside UAE) for us to process your returns.

 

Refunds Policy

Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our returns criteria. We will process the refund at our end within 1-2 business days and you will normally receive the refund back to your card latest within 1-2 weeks depending on your bank. Refund Details will be communicated to you and you can followup regarding the same at your end.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. For COD Refunds Our team will communicate with you regarding your bank details. Information will be requested by email, preferably the same ID mentioned in your Order. Refund will be issued to the same person mentioned in the Order.  

In the event that the item does not meet our refund criteria, we will notify you and the item will be returned to you.
